Depends on what you define as popular since if you stick around long enough here then everyone who's relatively active will know you eventually and as long as you don't have questionable opinions or a jerkish attitude I'd say most will be neutral on you at least.

Known but more neutral in opinion is what I'd say about myself although the other aspect of popularity can be actually being close to people and I try and stick to myself so I'm not popular in that regard.
