Depends, both have good and bad sides. Similarly as working from home versus working from office. 
It's good to get some real human interaction and it kinda feels different being at workplace but working in home is way more convenient.

Out teachers were thankfully not that strict and we were allowed to eat during classes or I just said I have problems with my camera and turned it off
