A lot of times I only get into soloists especially if I find them attractive or good looking.
Example being I got into Woodz bc I found him so handsome in the X1 Studio Choom performance + his Accident live clip, I didn't even pay attention to him in Love Me Harder and that's his solo song.

This is not the same for groups bc I have liked a lot of groups without knowing what any of them looked like, I never paid attention for example to CIX or ONF, a lot of boy groups and even moreso girl groups. I barely knew that Jinyoung was in CIX

The visuals always pull me in too, although it's not a guarantee that I'll stan lol. But they get my attention

Funny thing about Woodz, I had no clue who he was but I clicked on Love me harder coz the thumbnail looked cool, and I ended up really loving the song. Bump Bump was good too, channelled that early 2000s Avril Lavigne energy, and now Feel Like is fantastic as well, a new fav soloist for me I think

I haven't seen any variety of him tbh lol, but yeah he seems very versatile- singing, dancing and rapping

I only know he was in X1 and Uniq and is from the same agency as Everglow lol.

His range and charisma reminds me a lot of GD in his prime, and GD has always been one of my ults so I'm onboard the Woodz train

he's friends with so many people in the industry it's kind of insane imagine being so popular

not streaming

i don't know if there are any loona mamamoo or infinite fans with that way of thinking but if those who skip school for streaming music videos found me they'd go on a whole essay why i don't deserve to be a fan of any of my favourite groups

I am not like that either, even with my UG I don't stream the MVs that many times

i only listen to music and watch mvs when i feel like it, not only so that the views go up or anything. i've seen people say that they skip classes so they can stream a mv and while i have no say in their personal lives i could never go to that point for a group of people that i don't even know

those are insane fans... I was never like this myself either but I have to say that I was trying to watch a new MV as soon as it was uploaded

There's a couple of exceptions, like I've watched ONF's mvs for My Name Is and Beautiful Beautiful a few times. Looking back on my youtube history the last mv I watched was Lucy's Hero, which was released about the same time as ONF (mid-February)
