According to XportsNews, Oh My Girl (Hyojung, Mimi, Yooa, Seunghee, Jiho, Binnie, Arin) are confirmed to be in the final stages of preparations for their May 10th comeback.

WM Entertainment later confirmed the news, stating, “Oh My Girl plans to make a comeback with a new album on May 10th.”

This will be Oh My Girl’s first comeback in almost a year. This new album follows their releases “Nonstop” and “Dolphin,” the two songs that launched the group into massive popularity.

Oh My Girl has received lots of love for releasing songs that are appropriate for spring, like “Cupid,” “Liar Liar,” “Windy Day,” “Coloring Book,” “The fifth season (SSFWL),” and “Nonstop.” As expected, Oh My Girl plans to showcase their “spring fairy” charms through their new song, which will be fitting for the spring season.

I already know I'm going to love it, like you said it's been a while since SSFWL and that's where they really excel. Also WM confirmed it through their twitter so I guess they're just owned now by RBW rather than merged into one.

WM is a subsidiary of RBW which is the same as Source Music is for Hybe Corporation except that both Mamamoo and Oh My Girl use 1theK still where as Gfriend stopped using 1theK when their merge happened because Hybe Corporation hadn't been using 1theK for a long while.

I don't think that'll happen as RBW have been building their own name for a while since they got Mamamoo, Oneus and Purplekiss that are active and Vromance and Onewe that are less active by themselves.

They also however had a joint group in Pop! and now they effectively have the remainder of B1A4, Oh My Girl, ONF and Chaeyeon so I feel like RBW is very much setting up their own name and if they partner with Hybe it'll be something in the background that they never acknowledge because they're too big to be a subsidiary right now.

Yeah but seeing as Hybe already acquired Pledis and also that Justin Bieber/Ariana Grande label, I wouldn't be surprised. RBW has always had good relations with BigHit so they could consolidate while still doing their own thing, much like CJ ENM/Kakao M owning a bunch of subsidiaries who all operate independently
