I was not expecting that from you-you seem so level headed.I DO
I mean I do get angry sometimes just because it might be too much to stand at a time.I was not expecting that from you-you seem so level headed.
I feel like that's common getting super annoyed especially with your siblings. No but I get mad easily at my brother![]()

Like you don't get irritated or angry over little things you manage to keep calm the majority of the time.I mean I do get angry sometimes just because it might be too much to stand at a time.
Like I am keeping my frustration for myself until I just explode
What do you mean by level headed
I try to keep calm most of the time but my brother and my father are difficult to standLike you don't get irritated or angry over little things you manage to keep calm the majority of the time.
Did you work on yourself to get to that point or did it just happen? Not anymore
I have this issue with my father.I try to keep calm most of the time but my brother and my father are difficult to stand
... we are the sameI have this issue with my father.
Huh that's interesting-thanks for sharing.Yes, but not in the way people usually view anger issues. Most people think that people with anger issues get upset easily and they become rather destructive or unreasonable, even abusive and unable to calm down. For me, I have troubles with expressing anger openly because I wasn't able to do so as a child, so instead of getting upset, I tend to become more apologetic and sad.
In recent years, however, I've been trying to express my feelings more so I think I'm doing a little better. It's not about being angry in front of people and getting mad at them, but rather confronting myself and acknowledging that I'm mad, I'm angry, I'm pissed off and then evaluating what I should do about it.
That's good-congratulations!No, I used to, but I had started doing anger management and I can handle my anger a lot better now
