1. ATEEZ - In all ways, I found this performance to be basically perfect. Great remix of the original song, great individualized moments for each member to stand out, incredible choreography and utilization of the size of the stage and of using different set pieces to optimize camerawork
2. STRAY KIDS - Very strong concept wise and had some great moments for some members to shine, especially Felix Han Changbin. Choreography was not as present as the importance of theatrics but the theatrics were very good. Mostly let down by the fact that the performance was not as individualized so that other members could shine ex: I barely noticed IN or Bangchan in the performance.
3. THE BOYZ - One of my favorite concept wise and everything about it was so strong, but it was too strong. The need to go all out was a bit overblown and so it didn't let the boys shine. The members actually did better than their own SFX and everything else flashy about it. I hope that in the next performance they realize that the flashiness is not what makes the boys the boys. It's that even though their only props in their Danger cover were a clock, a table, a wall, they made one of the top five best RTK/Kingdom performances ever.
4. SF9 - The production with the most issues by far, and is mostly let down by the camerawork and the not as good utilization of budget. The members themselves performed beautifully and they are so talented and charismatic but the camerawork as the performance went on was very subpar and failed to capture how much effort the members put into their facial expressions and the more subtle things they tried to do.
4. IKON - Yes, they're ranked at the same place as SF9 because they for me also had a problem but more in the opposite way. I liked their concept a lot but I felt that it got stifled sometimes by something one way or another. The combination of Killing Me and Love Scenario is a great idea, but in execution it left me wanting a bit more. I personally loved the first part so much because I love musicals though. IKON also didn't capture the same passion that SF9 or the other boys did so I am wanting them in the future to look like they're literally giving their whole life on stage.
5. BTOB - Sadly even though they put in a lot of effort, BTOB is placed last even though they did really well. The traditional concept was beautiful but the performance felt disconnected from one act to another and I wish that it had been more cohesive. Also I just really want BTOB to do some sort of theatrics besides Minhyuk because they are still for the most part just standing still on the stage and yes they have amazing charisma but I KNOW that they have that when they are dancing or showing off in some other way.
So similar to IKON but on a larger scale I want them to give their everything into their performance
