I would of said Wizard at first, but a Wizard's life in the LOTR universe is quite a lonely one (basically, aren't they all single?).

So I'd choose to be an Elf. I get to live a very long life experiencing many things and not be lonely whilst doing it.

Elf, always wanted to be a elf... I had a period of time where I wanted to be a wizard but it was short lived.
