Have you gotten rescue pet? (2 Viewers)

I have been thinking that it'd be nice to get a cat from one the rescues, but somehow it seems to just be lot more effort than getting one from the breeder. Like they have lot of rules and conditions, many require you to either get two cats or have one cat already on your own so they won't be lonely. But I can't fit multiple cats in my apartment They also don't usually give them if u have dog.

I guess I won't get a cat a while. Maybe later when my life situation fits it more. But idk if i still will get from rescuer it just seems to complicated here : /

I have one, she’s not from an actual rescue but she had gotten out of her old owners home and came crying to my door in the pouring rain. Tried to return her back to her rightful owner but he made it really clear that he wanted nothing to do with her His loss, she’s the most affectionate cat I’ve ever had and just wants to be loved constantly.

no, I only have one cat that I got from a friend and currently, I can't adopt a new pet... I wouldn't mind a rescue pet tho. It's just a poor soul that needs help and love

Maybe they should make it easier since I hear they struggle to get rescues to homes
