we're having pan-fried shrimp, rice, and bok choy. There's also egg delicious. There'll prolly be left over rice so ill make rice pudding too

as much as I loe bok choy, I do agree shrimp and rice is better bok choy reminds me faintly of like...onion. idky

I do eat bok choy when it's a veg in front of me to eat(it's probably like in my bottom 500 vegs i'll eat; there are othets i wont eat-idk how many, i hvnt counted yet). I prefer asparagus or spinach or the more leafy asian/chinese vegetable to bok choy/kai lan. Bok choy isnt a leafy(soft leafs) veg to me.[i dont cook much veg myself, im more cut/slice veg guy myself or dump in soup/instanoodles maybe; actually im tryin' to think if iv ever cooked veg n coming up empty, at least for now] HaHaHaHa

For me the issue when i cook for myself, is i cant finish the package/size of veg.

Maybe i rmbr now buying/cooking french/long beans for myself n cooking fried rice with 'em. Cant rmbr clearly if i did not tho. It was quite long ago. Now i only hv a induction/1 pan cooking thingie, so no fried rice rn. Maybe french/long beans in instanoodles could work? Nahhhh.

Its the leftover part i hv trouble with. My induction cooker i dont hv a suitable frying pan tat can be utilised without spending on a new one, so any amount i buy of french/long beans will spoil/go to waste unless i hv 2 meals of instanoodles w/french or long beans. If id thot of it last yr i might hv done so(froze some?), but im too lazy now to deal with veggie shopping. Spoiled some lettuce 2/3 times last yr cos lazy to cut n put them in my sandwiches(hidden in fridge/blinded myself so i could eat quickly without long(-er) prep, like extta 5-10 minutes only, but still. Now i dont buy the lettuce at all, presto-no waste_spoilage(also no/less fiber/roughage).heh heh.

do you have a store that sells them by the bean? idk the right way to explain it, but the store I buy from you get a plastic baggie and just get as many as you need and they weigh it and u pay based on weight—usually that's how I don't have excess bean tho we dont get excess beans.

but yee spoiled cabbage is never fun- easier to just get quick veggies than longer ones that ull forget about and then have spoil. I've had a few veggies go bad cus I shove em in the back and forget
