i don't actually know what its called but ig the simple "translation" would be 'Egged Bread',

you can take bread, roll it around in eggyolk and lay it in a pan and let it cook a bit, after you can put a bit of salt on it or sugar and you have yourself a quick sugary or salty snack/meal that tastes good
