that counts I'm not good at weights- i have a 5 lb set here and that's about as much as I can handle

don't think that my arms are too strong I use big weights in the gym for my lower body workouts, but it is a pain in the ass to carry them

I haven't played sports in ages, but i think i'm somewhat sporty. I like running (just sprints though), jogging, basketball, ice skating etc.
