Honestly, I wish people were more knowledgeable on personality disorders.

The difference between sightlessness and legal blindness, and there IS a difference! Legal blindness doesn't mean you can't see at all - it just means you have TROUBLE seeing certain things. Like, I have to look through my right eye for everything because I can only see light and color through my left eye. Ergo, the legal blindness!

I agree, most people in my race tend to ignore or not believe in mental illnesses

I wish people knew more about OCD. Some people like to think it's some cute personality trait when it's not. Not about being a perfectionist, or whatever. It's an anxiety disorder that's difficult to treat. It just pisses me off when people act like it's not a serious disorder

People should watch Hoarders to get more of an idea of some of the reality of the disorder (not that everyone with OCD is a hoarder but people who are hoarders tend to have OCD).
