For non drag race fans, did you know that most drag queens have be able to do the following to win Drag Race (with some exceptions)

A MODEL drag queen can:
sew and design her own outfits
lip sync battle (which often includes splits, backflips, acrobatics, etc)
can model and knows how to pose in photoshoots
do variety and can make people laugh
can choreograph her own dances
can write the lyrics for songs

Yes a drag queen is a one woman band essentially!

I have to admire the insane amount of work that goes into being a well rounded queen!

it used to be a bit simpler but it has become more demanding since there are so many queens that are auditioning. you have to be able to do so much to stand out among the crowd. rupaul expects a lot from you
