For me, i love myself too much that it is often to the detriment of others, for example i take hours getting ready to meet my friends that they would have wait for me for hours.

I wouldn't say I love myself... But I tolerate myself. There are times where I am extremely critical about myself and I have moments where I hate myself, but there are also times where I'm like "well this is me. This is just how I am. And that's okay." I think that's the best thing for me to do. Learning to accept myself, even the parts I dislike. And if that leads to me loving myself, then that's even better.
