I know 99.99999% of you all are sick of hearing about the current goings on of corruption, idol issues, and Burning Dick, but!
I want to thank all of you for not fighting one another in regards to fandom support and such, where you all stand on the matters being presented, and respecting one another's thoughts and opinions (because this is one of those times that emotions and feelings will be REALLY raw, and have been, through the majority of this investigation and the reveal of so many horrific things).

I also want to thank you all for expressing your feelings on male idols (in general) but not bashing them (in general) or blanketing the criminal and disgusting things that those offenders have done. I respect those that can't look at male idols the same anymore, or no longer feel anything towards them but disgust, but are not vocally putting others down that do not feel this way. Other places have so many members that are condemning entire genders in Kpop due to the handful of sick psychos, and putting the groups in the trash (even the ones not associated with the males that were so far revealed in regards to the cases), saying that all Korean men are disgusting pigs or obsessed with porn (especially that of illegal porn), not being able to "trust" males in kpop ever again, saying how they're happy they "never stanned boy groups because they're problematic and gross and girl groups would never do that" (girl group members have done disgusting and criminal things in the past as well, please don't assume it's limited to males here) and the like.

It's refreshing to not feel you are somehow as evil as those you support (literally none of the offenders but male groups/idols) in their eyes and should all be condemned - and that somehow anyone that is solely a GG supporter is automatically better because of this. It's gross, and it is quite honestly insensitive as Hell. Sexist even, some of the things I've said people say - and I'm a girl that happily will stand for women's rights and power, so please don't assume I'm some sort of mysoginist supporter etc because I most definitely am not.

ANYWAY TLDR AGAIN (like usual) I just really want to thank all of you for having maturity through all of this that we are currently going through as fans of Kpop and some as fans to that as well as the country itself (and/or like keeping updated on what's happening in the news/current events etc) and keeping the trolling mostly out of these subject matters. It's awesome, and I'm so grateful for it.

Thank you for writing this. It's a bit annoying that some people are mistrusting male idols (which I can understand, to an extent), but really female idols. I'm sure female idols could have done the same exact thing, but either didn't get caught or it wasn't too extreme.
I'm glad that this is a peaceful place for you. It's good that we can all discuss this in a more civil matter rather than arguing about it.

I just never saw purpose in becoming riled over these things. It genuinely hurts me that these women were being silenced and framed for lying when really they were against men who had a large fandom and General love to the Korean public.

However I still believe their are genuine male idols who are more clean,or their past was not even close to these issues and they could have just been a school brat. I hope the forum can continue to report all of this with professionalism than the ones who use it to troll around with and make inappropriate remarks when they’re reporting on the issue.

Although, I'm a hardcore GG stan, I could never blame an entire gender on things that few people did. I think most BG members are honest and more importantly, kind and respectful towards women.

It's not probably bad to see that there might be another side on these idols that fans don't know about. I wouldn't say even with those who are suspects now soon likely culprits unless someone is making the biggest April Fools prank of all time, that the time they were on screen, interviewed, performed etc. they were lying. They just had this underlying side that was very dark.

In other hand I think it's best to not go too overboard with doubts and such. It's better to have positive attitude and have faith in people and if they fail you deal with it then than constantly be suspicious and worried to point of paranoia about people.

Well it's not fair to punish idols like Hongki for Jonghoons actions which is sad to think about because you know that even if the rest of the groups are totally clean that they are gonna likely have to rebuild their groups image and the trust with people all down to 1 person in their group and who knows if these groups will ever fully recover.

As much as I'm disgusted by those idols' actions, I have no sympathy for people going overboard in their writing - let it be here, on twitter, instagram, soompi or other websites. Stalking them (as seen on that Be.A member), calling them names, or otherwise harassing them just doesn't make you any better.

I think you mean bashing the suspects/culprits? Well.. it is pretty humane response I'd say. Not one for me and it actually did hurt to see Seungri being called all kinds of stuff especially when it wasn't as clear he was guilty. But it's not sth I'd hold against people, people are angry for the victims and angry for the betrayal and that can be their way to vent.

No, in what I said I meant that people here weren't labeling the non-suspects/perps and bashing them (too bad) (ie everyone that isn't Seungri, JJY, Lee Jonghyun etc, because believe it or not people are literally trashing ALL male idols and saying they are pigs and probably share the videos around all boy members in all companies etc - I wish this was some sort of joke, but people have said this).

I understand the anger, frustration, feeling of betrayal, and utter disgust at what those accused idols did that have fessed up and left the industry, although yeah, there have been quite a few really hateful things said about them. I'm not talking in that regard though, because I'm one of those that has said things about them like calling them scum of the earth, gross, deplorable etc (the list goes on). Most of those emotions are high and it's to be expected that really negative things are going to be said about them.

But. Yeah. My words weren't about those but the "innocent" majority of male Kpop idols (realize when I say innocent I mean in regards, thus far, to the accusations of hidden cams/hidden cam sharing/gambling/drug rings/prostitute rings etc etc).
