the only social media I have right now is instagram and I can´t afford to delete it because how would I do my daily 20s :D. I also have to stare at beautiful pictures and cry why don´t I have enough money and courage to travel, but you know...
a lot of people have been talking about how it is so lifechanging to get rid of social media etc. and I wonder whether there is anyone who has decided to live without them or whether you have ever done the "social media detox" or whatever we want to call it.
I must admit I used to have Facebook and deleted it 6 years ago and it did feel like lifting a bit of a negative burden in a sense that some of my "friends" (mostly ex classmates) started posting some odd opinions about things and I wanted to roll my eyes so much I have started being worried whether they might not just stay in the other side of my head. I saw it as an immense help.
Luckily, not many people take Instagram to post their opinions (at least people I know in real life).
