I don't see how any female idols could be involved in the corruption since the idols are just pawns at the end of the day who in reality could easily be other people like actors or other non idol celebrities and this case would go on about the same way and the only way I see a woman being involved is at the top.

Looking at the roles involved I think the only spot where a woman could be is the political spots as one of the kingpins in this whole thing and while you say why would a woman support that well they just simply don't care about anyone but themselves.

I don't think it could possibly be an idol, just a smart evil woman who knows what men to surround herself with to get into a very powerful position herself and looking at other female kingpins I found this story about a Chinese one.
