    For those with mental health problems, what's the most "dude what" treatment you've been recommended?

    The Christian and Muslim sides of my family just tell me to pray more, say I’m not thankful and compare my life to the lives of those who are suffering from illness, homeless etc. I got advise to work out from a family member, and it actually really works for me. I work out like everyday now...
