The first floppy disk I used was the 11 inch version. (The really big one) I had corel word perfect on it.

i remember a professor geeked that next year there would be a computer with 1meg of hard drive... as i was learning Pascal.
Fortran for the punchcards... we were given a set amount of compile time and had to buy more if we went over....
had a room mate with a trs 80 upgraded to 16k memory.... we saved programs to cassette

The food old days. My first computer had no hard drive. (Commedore 64). Years later I built a new (used) computer myself with a 486 DX and 200mb hdd. It crazy how far things have come.
