my emotions have been hard to, like, control in the summer and other times but I guess those have gon down. I just dread the summer because I don't want to be upset. not like i'm saying i can't be angry or anything...

I doubt there is anything up with me since, well, because I don't talk to anyone, really, about it. my mom wouldn't be happy and, well, siblings? nope. I guess i'm " overwhelmed" or one of those emotions !!! I mean, I did come home really upset because the teacher tried to help me but the only step I didn't know how to do was division and I get so upset at myself for not knowing basic things
i'd say i'm, like, overwhelmed.
cus I didn't do some of the stuff I do now than from a year or two ago
summary: life is very chaotic and it overwhelms me

i was diagnosed with depression a few years ago. i've long suspected i have some sort of neurodivergence as well, but i've honestly given up on trying to figure all that mess out (≖_≖ ) trying to be open about it with others can be such a hassle when the people around you aren't really understanding towards the matter. ~~plus diagnosis kind of scares me, although that's just a personal thing...~~

clinical depression, anxiety, and PTSD from something that happened to me in 2019. Well, I never got a formal diagnosis for the PTSD, but I know it's there. But I was diagnosed clinically depressed with anxiety when I was in high school.

Bipolar 1. Generally ends with severe depression and it can sometimes get really tough.

Not mental health related but I did have pulmonary embolism. So I do take quite a few medications.
