I have ADHD but you already know it undiagnosed by a doctor as I can't ask my family for that and anyway I don't need it, I researched for a year and half and suffered with it al last year and continue to, enough to know be cofidet in this

I do wish I could get meds for my attention but honestly,just structure would help enough

Audhd, anxiety, and gender dysphoria. I've had major depression disorder before but I think the cause of my current depression is just the state of the country and not my brain being spicy

I have ADHD, Panic Disorder with Aographobia, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and depression. All diagnosed by a psychiatrist

Oh gosh it's rather hard to explain to someone cis and might be different for different people but for me it's both a feeling of wrongness and immense disgust with certain parts of my body

Yes but I have an appointment to hopefully finally get it dealt with and be able to look at myself in the mirror I'd been closeted and was always just trying to ignore my existence if that makes any sense but Xlov made me want to give myself a chance

Dysphoria is different for different people. Outside of the feeling of wrongness as mentioned above, my physical dysphoria mainly manifests as a strong detachment from my body. I can't see my body as being my own. Being bigender, I believe people will never see me for who I am which causes me to avoid engaging in activities I otherwise would have and from getting close to anyone (though there are also unrelated reasons for the latter). I can't get into specifics in regards to other ways my dysphoria presents itself as it would either be too difficult to explain or too personal.

I think I have ADHD,

gonnna be that guy and mention "it's simply a different thinking system" and despite its obvious costs, it becomes useful once one optimizes for it (though I can't claim that I've successfully optimized for mine. Call it hope.)

Edit: in retrospect I suppose "incompatibility with current societal structure" could count as an issue.

I know the fear of getting diagnosed as 'crazy'. But there's nothing to be afraid of and taking the first step is difficult for everyone! Imagine how many Hollywood actors and actresses have their own therapist. Even superstars need help sometimes.

nothing official. I guess i'm just, like, weird and all? I, like, idk how to say this...? it's hard to explain? like, seeing things in a way?
my emotions have been hard to, like, control in the summer and other times but I guess those have gon down. I just dread the summer because I don't want to be upset. not like i'm saying i can't be angry or anything...
I also have this people in my head ? I searched up what's their name and it said that they are called headmates
I doubt there is anything up with me since, well, because I don't talk to anyone, really, about it. my mom wouldn't be happy and, well, siblings? nope. I guess i'm " overwhelmed" or one of those emotions !!! I mean, I did come home really upset because the teacher tried to help me but the only step I didn't know how to do was division and I get so upset at myself for not knowing basic things
i'd say i'm, like, overwhelmed.
cus I didn't do some of the stuff I do now than from a year or two ago
summary: life is very chaotic and it overwhelms me
