Yep, he has a charm and his face is unique.😊 Plus he is a good actor. At first, to me, he wasn't too likeable because I saw him that he has a sly "atmosphere" somehow...😅 But it changed as I started to focus on his acting more and when I started to watch is interviews. He is also cute. 💛

That´s absolutely ok! English is not my first language either, so I completely understand you :). Plus, Hungarian is one of the hardest languages, so I admire you for studying another language.

My guy, the one in my profile pic, is Bang Yongguk. He is a rapper/singer. He used to be in a group B.A.P. but they disbanded in 2019 after years of troubles with their agency TS Entertainment. They used to be quite popular. He went solo, but he had to enlist and now is in the military. He is coming back in May though. I´m sending you some songs from him, so you can judge for yourself. I know he is not for everyone. Some of his songs are more "angry rapping", but he had suffered from depression due to immense stress put on him and he fought for his band so much. But he doesn´t only rap, his sining is more on the jazz-y side as he has a really raspy,deep voice and it fits him so much. He also writes all his songs. Does he look like any of the actors in the drama?

I do have a bias in Ateez! That would be Seonghwa! What about you?

btw, best thing you can do to improve your English is using it daily, so you are already doing an awesome job :).

Actually somehow your profile pic is reminded me to Lee Do Hyun who played Eun Hyuk in Sweet Home. 😁 Interesting that Bang Yongguk and that actor isn't so similar if you look at them closer, but yet I thought that I see Do Hyun ... 😂

I didn't know Bang Yongguk before, although I remember that I listened a song from B.A.P...

Though I prefer singing more than rapping, but I started to use to that style and the rep parts in kpop songs... So I can say that I like the first one on this list and the last two too. I really like that Yamazaki have traditional instrumenting! 🤩
Anyway, I always become sad a little when I know about someone who suffers because depression... I can totally understand those people and I don't think that they would be bad persons or something...
Plus, I don't like that they have to go military service... I mean, I understand that on a level, but this is a bad feeling, even if I am not a family member to them or a friend, just a fan. One of my most favourite actor, Woo Do Hwan, is also in the military right now.To me, this is the first time when I had to say farwell to one of my favourites for a while...🥺

agh, Duolingo! I have tried learning so many languages on there - French, Spanish, Italian, Irish :D, but laziness and a lack of patience have always ruined my efforts. I am still trying to stick to French though.
I think you are gonna find out there are many people on the forum who are also trying to learn Korean and Japanese. The "Japanese gang" on here is not big, but they are devoted to spreading some love for jrock. I´d say that would be Yachii and Flocon. Especially Flocon is quite a talkative fella :). She is really nice and friendly. I hope she forgives me for tagging her :D. @Flocon but I want you to know that you are not alone on the forum who loves Japan.

I have googled Lee Dohyun and he really doesn´t resemble Yongguk that much, but I can see why it is easy to mistake them, especially when they both have longer hair. He is also very handsome ♥. I definitely need to watch more kdramas. Do you know SHINee? You probably do, as they are sort of kpop legends, but anyway, Choi Minho, my darling boy, he is also an actor (occassionally). Have you seen him anywhere? I´d love to watch Derailed. Oh, btw, he is the man in my signature.

I definitely get you! I mean, I´m a bit sad that Yongguk can´t produce music freely, but he is in social services now, so I believe he is probably doing some good and helping his country and you´d be surprised how fast two years fly by! They also get some days off every three weeks, so it´s not that bad. But I have to admit, I haven´t heard anyone saying that military training was an enjoyable time. It´s a rigid regime that you have to follow and you basically have to ask permission about everything, but I suppose since it´s a must for every man in the country, they just have to suck it up and deal with it. Also, I can imagine that they might have some really funny stories to tell. Terrible times make for best jokes.

Seonghwa is handsome, isn´t he? He is like a doll. I can´t with his perfect skin and his perfect bone structure :D.
I also like Yunho, but I must admit I prefer San over Hongjoong. San is just one hype kid and I love it :D

It´s really beautiful. I feel like the "older kpop groups" had so much more better concepts than the recent groups. or maybe I´m just old :D.
