The only requirements are to make an intro thread, at least one appreciation thread, and complete at least one daily quest (and request the daily card) on the day you request it. So you could request it with your dailies since you meet the requirements!

There are common cards. These are from photoshoots or teasers
These you have a 79% chance of pulling from a daily quest or a free card day
Rare cards, which are selfies of idols
These you have a 20% chance of pulling from a daily quest, and a 100% chance of pulling from a weekly quest.
A weekly quest is just completing at least one daily quest on at least 6/7 days of the KST week (Sunday to Saturday KST). Then you can request the card with the rare deck you want in the thread
Limited cards, which match a theme
There are also limited event cards. During different events, you can get the corresponding limited cards from dailies guaranteed rather than pulling a common on rare. The Choerry card above is a Halloween card.
There are also non-idol limited cards, like the Chuseok cards being given out currently!
If you want to request them, put Chuseok for the deck instead of common and rare decks, until the chuseok cards event ends on the 12th kst
Besides the corresponding event periods, limited cards only have a 1% chance of pulled from a daily quest or free card day
Then there are legendary cards, gif cards
These can never be pulled from dailies, but instead have to be won in raffles and occasionally as the prize for an event! These raffles are held biweekly, and entries cost 50 points, with people being allowed to enter up to 5 times, and have 3 legendaries of cards with rares up as prizes.
