    My head is starting to hurt from the spikes in blood pressure involved in ejecting mucus from my lungs. I've never had cough-headaches before. It would be a nice day to have discovered something new excepting for the fact that my cranium feels like it has wound up in the jaws of a vice.

    I'm just going to snooze this one out. I feel like my disregard for earnest recovery has bitten my proverbial behind in this case.

    In truth when I'm sick, I was taught to lay off the sweets, meats, and oils for those complicate and slow recovery. Usually bone broth or porridge would be my strict diet until the illness speedily passes but this is the first illness I'm tackling on my own and what do I do? Eat sweets, meats, and oily stuff.

    I'm regretting it now. Usually the symptoms would have gone by last week too. Now its here to stay until I wise up.
