Ugh I love tamarind, My favorite way to enjoy tamarind in a drink called Tamarindo (or Agua de Tamarindo) or eating it by opening up the pod and eat the pulp from the fruit. Also, to me, Tamarindo (the drink) tastes similar to a lemon-flavored iced tea imo :maheart:
