That's part of it, but I also think that Irene's talents are more appropriate with the harmony of other members... that's why she works so well in Red Velvet. Same with Joy and Yeri. Joy could probably go the modelling route if wanted. She's got the height and DEFINITELY has the beauty.

Sadly, I don't think Irene could ever go the solo route in music. She's already done some acting... I may be VERY bias, but I thought she was wonderful. I think she would be quite successful doing that.
