I don't have to really guess. It should drop on May 10th. That's three weeks before the "release" and, most importantly, it's the Wednesday before their first Japanese concert for this tour. I would be absolutely surprised if they don't perform the new song during the concerts there.

It's about the fundamental difference between TCP and UDP network traffic. When you send a TCP packet, it sends a response when it gets it, so you know it got to the destination. UDP packets don't do that. So when you send a UDP packet, there's no guarantee that the destination "gets it"

I've had to explain it a lot of times, extensively. Or there's the other one I like to use. "I'd tell you a joke about UDP traffic, but you may not get it"
