nope, Bellatrix valued her family's beliefs so much that she was immediately a Slytherin. Ron grew up in a family of Gryffindors, his values match t heirs so while he could've been a Hufflepuff, he is in Gryffindor. To this day idk why snape was in Slytherin because he didn't have much ambition...
