We went to a nature museum yesterday and there was a bird exhibit. It made me wonder, why do seagulls live by the sea? Well the answer is quite simple. If they lived by the bay they would be called bagels.

This trip was absolutely amazing and I’m pretty sad it’s over. But I’m definitely ready for a nap. Y’know, I’m so good at sleeping I can do it with my eyes closed. I’m predicting a nap in my near future. After y’all go on a trip, are you guys tired?

My mom was able to get free tickets to the nature museum for today :ankha: I had never been before so it was a new experience and it was quite fun. I liked all the exhibits (except the rocks, that was a little boring). I like the mammals and dinosaur exhibits the most!!

We went to the falls and the beach today. The birds really were out in full force. I had to resist the urge to chase a seagull :scree:

Currently staying in a place where the people hosting speak French. Me trying to communicate was not happening. When I say my French was broken, it was bRoKeN 🤡

I went to a horse farm today. It was really interesting to see how all their horses were bred from the same horse and its ancestors. The horses were stunning too. We watched them run around until it started raining and then took a guided tour of the barns.

I swear today the weather wouldn’t make up its mind. Did it wanna be sunny or rainy? Twice ended up soaked but it was totally worth it :scree:

The second gorge we went to, although not as pretty as the first one (and omg that waterfall was spectacular), was very nice. It had a smaller waterfall and a lot of greenery and it was very quiet. You could hear the wind and the wildlife.

They truly are beautiful!! And afterwards I got a little souvenir from the alpaca gift shop so I have a little alpaca coming home with me too!

I saw the ocean for the first tile today and it was gorgeous. I started collecting seashells that were laying in the sand. It was such a wonderful day today :maheart:

I had a chipmunk come right up to my feet today! It was the absolute cutest thing and a brave one too 💚💚
