This is probably too much information but I usually have to go to the bathroom more than the regular person so I have no choice but too. I just remember that nothing could be as traumatic as the park porta potty that one day :wimwim:

I have limited foods I like but will switch things up a bit. Like this week I had a butternut squash risotto and paired it with corn and shrimp one day and salmon and zucchini another. And then today I had the remaining zucchini and shrimp
