these days i actually don't have to or haven't had to lately i've been really content and happy which tbh is all thanks to her

maybe in time lol. who i vent to is very odd. i can't describe it very well since it isn't just feeling comfortable with them.

i'll usually end up venting to a friend or my gf. try to do something else to distract myself then since it always happens at night i'll end up pacing around my room in the dark listening to melancholic music to emote through the music. i'll also rationalize why i shouldn't harm myself. and...
