Yeah, it's very odd. So, they are basically saying that the set which is 4x what you pay for one album is only counted towards an individual sale? That doesn't seem right to me.

I completely agree. It's like, in Mandarin, the word 'Ma' has a different meaning to the word 'Má', so you have to be careful because although they may have the same letters in, it will not have the same meaning.
