i meant not eating from dawn to sunset my bad LOL but tbh not eating or drinking from dawn to sunset is hard as well, i had friends who had to wake up earlier than usual even though they barely slept. i wouldn't mind waking up slightly earlier to eat, even if it meant losing sleep though :wimwim:- izcream
