I can't imagine what it does to one's sense of being safe and secure to have people who are so invested in your every movement that they know where you live before your belongings even arrive.
Is there a story beyond "Keanu Reeves shoots things" or is that the main appeal? (Non-judgey... I totally get how "cool character looks cool doing cool things" is compelling.)
I guess I could say books and video games, in that I purchase a lot of them, but I also cull aggressively. I feel like things are meant to be used and enjoyed, not just take up space.
My updated TBR stack. I already owned the top three, but it's a really dense fantasy world, so I'm rereading the first two books now that book three is out.
I'm eating lunch right now, so I still have one more local bookstore to hit up. But if you have an indie bookstore in your area, they're probably doing something fun this weekend. :pepeheart:

I deleted my Facebook earlier this year. I decided the old connections weren't worth it for the general direction the site was going.
Yeah, I wouldn't care so much about people being disappointed if the thing was genuinely disappointing, but we've seen literally second snippets of what will eventually make up 10 episodes, so the "fandom" talking about how much the new season sucks is just baffling? I can't imagine being so...
