my definition of "stan" is very loose - it usually means to like most, if not all, of the music; to know all the members by name, know a bit of their onscreen persona, and to really like them all; and to tune in to new releases. that way my list gets very long! plus, i don't always 100% keep up...

additionally, i think as a casual, i tend to follow girl groups more? like, there's a whole bunch of ggs whose music i regularly listen to, and whose members i casually like. but i can't think of any boy group like that, the closest would probably be txt and i haven't listened to their stuff in...

that's cool! personally, i've never been able to fully commit to stanning groups of one particular gender, though i think i lean more towards girl groups and female idols in general. but then again, these days i've been in the process of stanning a boy group, soo... it depends on my mood, haha...
