    Since Plave is a AI group and doesn't physically exist they can't have a physical address. Any IP address ending in .0.0 is null. Basically a digital black hole for data (worse than being deleted). If your router gets a bad packet it routes the packet to 192.86.0.0 and requests a new packet...
