Maybe when I was younger but I grew out of it for the most part-I work in a field where if you mess up it could kill. So if I am too scared to ask for help when I don't understand something it could end badly. I will also say having been in leadership positions-asking for help with things...

Thank you and trust me I slept for 12 hours since last night. I'll probably take another nap after reading for a bit.
