You are so damn fugly, I MEAN your lips protrude so much that I think that you must have just recently done that glass vacuum challenge on them.

It's the hardest to maintain, physical health you just fix with routines, you eat more to gain weight, exercise, while mental health is something that's harder to change or maintain, as one wrong comment or event can put you into horrible state of mind, and so on.
