Legit. It doesn't help that my BF has a Netflix account and the man is CONSTANTLY forgetting his passwords. They may be kicking off legitimate accounts and users for not logging in every 31 days...blocking the account too just seems so stupid.

I don't think they realize that this will most likely hurt their company more than help it.
