I got mad last time, and the whole family turned on me. "Can't you take a joke????" So I've been slowly realizing that my family can't be the people I wish they could be and prioritizing my friends, which is its own drama. :haylul: "You never spend time with us!" Yeah, wonder why!!!!

I'll go to a couple of local festivals, but that's it for active plans. My parents are hosting a racist, bigoted family member for a few weeks, who also has a lot of opinions on the fact that I'm single and childless, so I'm mostly planning to work a lot and avoid them.

Yes! Definitely don't mind an artist playing with different genres and styles as B sides.

Everytime and Could It Be seem a bit misplaced for the theme of the rest of the album. I like them well enough on their own, but listening to the album all the way through, they don't really go with the rest of the vibe, you know what I mean?

That's fair! It's a pretty solid mini. I don't outright hate any of the songs, even the ones that are a bit weaker for me.
