I understand that everyone has a role in the group but it just surprises me when some of these idols say they've trained for years and still are struggling to sing. as I get it, its the companies fault as well for not supplying these idols with vocal coaches but sometimes it gets to the point...

so then join a dance crew? a lot of idols mention that dancing is the reason why they're an idol, sure, but they should be able to hold a note if they want to be in a profession which requires you to make music... aka being able to sing or rap.
