What do u eat for breakfast ?
overnight oats. I always use oats, line seeds and chia seeds, put oat milk and cocoa with some sugar in it and leave it over night in the fridge in a closed box. in the morning I put in a mashed banana and some vanilla soy yogurt.- ani07
