It's not really clear the legality so who knows. I don't know if the Kpop companies have the authority to even take them down since the media company bought the music. The scandal itself will have some effect, and if that company is buying music, I suspect Kpop companies may not sell to them...

I kinda doubt that massive number just because I know similar sized youtubers who upload more often that don't make nearly that much just from ad revenue. There are a lot of things like adblock which massively reduces initial estimates.
