Depends on what that means??? Obv you cant just go around causing a child stress no matter the age. If talking about therapy and things like that, most probably no need for it until the time they are in distress.

Yea, a lot. I have left my city, country, continent. So I tend to get reminded of its each and every corner on a daily basis. Music does play a role definitely, but even worse...smells. Ever smelled an old perfume and get reminded of some guy? Hurts like a bitch.

Yes, it helps with flexibility and reduces pain. I was in a lot of pain when I did it and it was gone in 2 weeks.
