I would say it's Minnie from Idle. She has a beautiful tone and huskiness to her voice and has pretty good control and a nice range as well and a strength behind it too. I do think Chuu is also a strong contender or the vocalists within Rocket Punch.

Yes, Maddie Ziegler and she is the main actress in this film BUT she didn't really have a say in whether she played the part or not as she was a minor when filming began and when the contract for it was signed. She can't really carry any blame in this.
