oh definitely. I think restaurants that don't have as much décor or bright lights are easier to tolerate when busy otherwise it feels like there's way too much going on. I don't think its ever given me a panic attack but I do get really dizzy and feel like I could pass out lol

A lot tbh. I try to avoid crowds because that's how it usually gets triggered. If I have a person or thing that I can totally focus on then I'm pretty ok.
