Acne decreases my confidence. I highkey find it weird. Teens struggle with acne yet I used to have a crystal clear skin I took pride in, now in my 20s on the other hand like...wtf.

If talking a cold, it's been more than 1.5 years. But I get aches and pains very often. On my period I get sick to death, I faint and get nauseas and roll in pain.

I think it has been 2 or 3 weeks

Havin egg yolks everyday helps the natural way too, I used to faint because of iron deficiency all thee time. Don't forget to consult a doctor tho.
