The one this place has is actually quite annoying and every 3 minutes or so it is say "we are expecting higher than usual wait times"

I was so prepared to make a phone call because I needed some immunizations before I am expected to start my internship in May... yes this is last minute, I was avoiding talking to humans. However, it has now been 15 minutes and counting on hold and I have lost all confidence to speak to humans...
