I dont think its that hard. I'm superficially cheerful. Always smiling,laughing ,joking etc not matrer if i'm actually alright or not on the day. I'd probably do it well.

Oh I do know what you mean. Best thing to do is to stay away from people during those times sono argue which you'd regret later happens. I think hot drinks like green tea are amazing for you,but it depends on each person how they calm themselves down.

Exactly i do feel it. I wasnt sure if they were panic attacks only because the ways i searched for to calm down didnt really work for me... going to a therapist never helped me much. I always stayed same so i gave up on the session 2 or 3 each time.
