Yup did that. Even took a full hiatus from kpop (and this forum) because I needed it. I just have this, my kpop groups on YT and a tumblr for gifs etc

I was in such a bad mental state that I had to quit. It made me depressed, I'd log on every chance I had to see what was happening in kpop. It consumed me basically.
